Years ago, a graduate student overhears his professor and a scientist discussing a new revolutionary holographic invention. The student, Joseph Bradley, steals the scientist's research and uses it to gain funding from Cobra and Extensive Enterprises. When his research goes no where, he reveals the location of the holographic machine all of his work is based on. While Serpentor sends his troops to steal the computer known as "Synergy", Cobra Commander seizes the opportunity to tap into the computer via satellite, attempting to use the holographic power to defeat GI Joe and regain control of Cobra. But when Cobra Commander discovers that Synergy has a conscience, he kidnaps the now deceased inventor's daughter, to force Synergy to do what he wants her to do. Both GI Joe and the remainders of Serpentor's loyal forces have to stop Cobra Commander from ruling the world.
Script format: Yes, there are many different animation script formats out there, even among Marvel & Sunbow scripts we've seen. We have chosen to use the one that is easy to read. This is similar to most animation script formats and is different from live action formats. (In animation scripts, there is a lot more descriptions of camera angles and action) We've chosen to use script format because we would like to be animation scriptwriters and because, well..., it's a heck of a lot easier.
This is suppose to happen somewhere after the last Jem episode and during the second season of GI Joe. (Okay, the dates aren't the same, but so sue us.)

For anyone reading this that isn't familiar with JEM:Jem is about an all girl rock band, Jem and the Holograms. Using the holographic computer, Synergy, Jerrica Benton turns into Jem. Jerrica is also head of her father's music company, Starlight Music, and runs an orphanage. The rival band, the Misfits and former Starlight Music executive Eric Raymond, are out to destroy Jem. The another rival band is the Stingers.
